When: Fridays, 8:30 pm PST (11:30 pm EST)
Who: Everyone in the Brimstone Guild, or friends of the Brimstone
Where: Svasud Faste
What: N.O.C.B.A. No One Comes Back Alive

By everyone, we mean everyone. RvR should be for everyone -- no matter the level. If you want to see RvR and you're sub level 30, don't sweat it -- join us -- see what it's all about. There are plenty of things you can do that are directly effective (healing, scouting, disrupting casters and archers, being an extra pair of eyes, support) and most importantly - morale. Every additional Midgard on the battlefield makes us all braver, and makes us scarier to the enemy. Never doubt that. Sure... you're not going to be hitting the purple enemy that often, or for much, and that will be annoying at times, but I promise you that the total of the experience is worth it (and it will only inspire you to level some more so you'll be that much more effective next week).

The Friday night sessions are always open to the entire guild.

Each N.O.C.B.A. we usually pick three key people before the event begins:

Leader
Some are born leaders, some achieve leadership, and in brimstone we have people who have leadership thrust upon them. :) Sometimes the leader will be someone with a specific plan that they want to achieve for a particular N.O.C.B.A. event, and sometimes the leader is just the person who didn't say "not it" fast enough. There are times when our leader will be nothing more than a contact point for other guild's leaders to talk to (this is often what happens when we join up with other Midgardians on Fridays for some huge Relic Raid or maybe Yggdra defense).
Tutor
If there is anyone who hasn't experienced RvR yet (or only to briefly... thank you mister one-shot archer) please get in the group that the tutor is running. They'll be keeping up a running dialog in their group pointing out key features of both RvR in general and the specifics of the local terrain.
lieutenant
Mostly in charge of keeping track of odds and ends when the leader d'jour is busy looking over other things. The most important thing the lieutenant does is start up the chat group to minimize the stuff that the leader has to keep track of.

Usually we start of with a quick run to Emain Macha in Hibernia just to get the blood pumping. If you miss the Gothi portalling you at 8:30, don't worry -- we should be back soon enough, or you can always hop the next portalling and catch up with us in Emain.

After running around in Emain, we then figure out what we're going to do for the rest of the night. If the leader has specific plans, we'll do that; otherwise we'll vote and pick a good place to launch either an offensive or defend our frontier. The weekends are usually when a lot of stuff starts hitting the fan, RvR wise, so it's always a good time to be somewhere doing RvR.

Note: It's unclear how the appearance of the 30-35 Battlefield will effect the weekly N.O.C.B.A. trips. If someone wants to start up another weekly event that takes place in the battlefield, that would definitely be a neat counterpoint to N.O.C.B.A.
